OEM Business Analyst, Lubricants Working Location: Shanghai Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist OEM/Key Account Managers in better understanding the customer insight, customer needs and identifying the performance issues
2. Liaise with the related functional networks to implement global/regional OEM/Key Account project, specific assignment

Essential Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering preferred

OEM Marketing Executive, Lubricants Working Location: Shanghai Roles & Responsibilities:
• Marketing intelligence:
-Collect customer and consumer insight through industry data, sales reports, market research, customer visit and consumer interface.
-Track and update of competition in OEM/FW space, i.e. supplier by OEM, product, price and activities.
-Monthly performance and progress track/analysis by OEM and key dealers.
• Offer development:
-Pre-select the materials from global team and other countries, e.g. Professional Offer programs, experience from other countries, newsletters from region and SA.
-Facilitate localization of the selected materials, e.g. Chinese version of the offer programs, experience and newsletters, to share with local sales team and customers.
-Develop those selected offer programs and proposals for customer approach and execution.
-Develop innovative offer for OEM/FW customers, e.g. online offer, consumer education, etc.
• Execution of marketing programs:
-Help sales team or agencies to communicate marketing programs to OEM and dealers, to ensure execution on time and plan.
-Collect feedback on Marketing offers and activities from dealers, to assist the evaluation process.
-Draft quarterly summary of marketing activity and performance.
