二. 职位需求: ( 30人)

1. Senior Kernel/Device driver engineer
Job Description:
Perform device driver design and development, optimize and tune the performance of software packages, Broadband and Wireless Router in particular.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Automation or other related areas ;
2. Must be familiar with C/C++;
3. Familiar with Windows driver development or familiar with Linux kernel and Linux programming in general;
4. Solid knowledge in TCP/IP Networking Protocols;
5. Bachelor with at least CET-4, and master with at least CET-6.
6. Good team work spirit.
7. Experiences in embedded system is preferred.
8. Hands-on experience in design/development of software in real-time operating system(RTOS) environments is preferred.

2. Embedded Software Engineer
Job Description:
Perform network product design and development, L2/L3 Ethernet switch in particular
Job Requirements:
1. Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related majors.
2. Must be familiar with C/C++, TCP/IP and networking protocols.
3. Prefer hands-on experience in the design/development of software in real-time operating system (RTOS) environments such as Nucleus, Linux and VxWorks.
4. Master knowledge about web server of Embedded System / javaapplet / javascript / ASP /HTML, master C51/ C/ VC.
5. Additional qualifications include excellent communication skills, a team player, CET-4 or above.

3.Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Descriptions:
1. System testing, including Test Case design and Test Plan making.
2. Automating system test cases development.
3. Regular tests on existing test cases for our networking products.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Automation or other related areas ;
2. Solid knowledge in TCP/IP Networking Protocols;
3. Familiar with Windows or Linux scripts programming.
4. Bachelor with at least CET-4, and master with at least CET-6.
5. Good team work spirit.
6. Experiences in networking system testing is a plus.

4.  VoIP software engineer
Job Descriptions:
VoIP software design and development, optimize and tune the performance of the devices.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Automation or other related areas ;
2. Must be familiar with C/C++;
3. Experience on eCos/Linux based embedded system development;
4. Experience on SIP/H.323,T.38,and RTP/RTCP protocol;
5. Experience on voice codec/decodec,echo cancel,VAD,QoS etc.
5. Solid knowledge in TCP/IP Networking Protocols;
6. Bachelor with at least CET-4, and master with at least CET-6.
7. Good team work spirit.
8. Hands-on experience in design/development of software in real-time operating system(RTOS) environments is preferred.

5. Embedded software development engineer

Job Descriptions:
Working on embedded software(Vxworks) design, development,testing and debugging.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or master on computer science or related
2. 1+ years experience in Vxworks and real-time C programming skill
3. Familiar with one or more commercial RTOSs (Vxworks is a must)
4. Familiar with the development of network drivers ( knowledge of WLAN driver is a plus)
5. CET-4 is a must
